SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN ALL AREAS INSIDE. (When smoking, please drop your cigarette butts in the container provided near the front door, thank you). 2. At consciously putting damage will this ever be recovered to the offender and will be charged or dedected from the deposit. 3. Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. 4. No annimals allowed. 5. PAYMENT: Please pay the full amount within 5 days on our bank account IBAN: BE 62 0682 0026 9661 / BIC: GKCCBEBB in name of Peeters-Van den Bergh VOF. The invoices has to be payed before the arrival of the guests!. 6. Conditions of cancellation: - Less than 7 days before the date of arrival = no refund - Between 14 and 7 days before the date of arrival = 50% refund of total amount - More than 14 days before the date of arrival = 100% refund 7. In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be decided according to Belgian law. 8. We are not responsible for accidents or loss of any items. 9. Please be ecologically respectful in the use of water and energy. 10. Please respect the legal noise limits between 10pm and 7am. 11. WASTE: please keep these seperate: PMD, GLASS and PAPER are sorted seperately, the rest you can do in the container RESTAFVAL (please in a plastic bag). 12. There are 2 parking places in front of the wooden sheds or you can park in the street. 13. If you stay with us for the BED WITH BREAKFAST, we set your table in your room so you are able to choose your own preferred breakfast time. Any food that requires refrigeration will be ready for you in the fridge. ALL THESE REGULATIONS SHALL APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
